All products purchased from Glore Perfume are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make your selections carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. When reaching out, include an unboxing video along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging. This evidence is required for us to process your claim.

Refunds for Failed Transactions

If your online transaction fails, any payment that was deducted will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. No further action is required from your side.
